Abstract :
Spectral and spatial properties of the output beams are investigated in noncollinear periodically poled KTiOPO/sub 4/ OPO. Noncollinear idler-resonant counterpropagating ring parametric oscillators for simple and continuous tunability are realized in a single cavity.
