Abstract :
A compact trace gas sensor based on a thermoelectrically cooled quasi CW quantum cascade laser is reported. Direct absorption of SO/sub 2/ was used for laser characterization. 2f wavelength modulation spectroscopy was applied to ammonia monitoring.
