  • Abstract
    The damage threshold fluence (/spl sim/ 0.08 J/cm/sup 2/) and damage mechanism of extreme ultraviolet Sc/Si multilayer coatings irradiated by 46.9 nm laser pulses of nanosecond duration are reported.
