  • Abstract
    We demonstrate a novel eight-channel CWDM multiplexer. The fully-packaged channel losses range from 3.1 dB to 5.5 dB, the 1-dB bandwidth is 16.5 nm, and the crosstalk is <-26 dB. This silica-waveguide device could have very low cost.
