Abstract :
The prefabricated substation´s development trend is towards digitization, intelligence, integration, network, which requires it must put together such functions as protection, measurement, control, monitoring and regulation of temperature and humidity, wireless communication, so an integrated protection apparatus is designed and developed according to the above requirements. A specific protection chip based on FPGA technique is designed as the chip core, completing AC sampling, whole wave´s FFT, frequency measurement, relay protection, waveform´s recording, etc. with a 16-bit microprocessor. The technique of GSM short message service is adopted in wireless network, which is not limited to distance and area and can safely deliver the data to any place. A fuzzy control strategy is adopted in the temperature and humidity´s control inside the prefabricated substation´s each district, which can adapt to the complicated and changeful control requests. Now the apparatus has applied to prefabricated substation and has good performance.
