  • Abstract
    Much research is made on the negotiation architecture, cooperation mechanism and the process of negotiation based on MAS. We analyze firstly the negotiation architecture based on multi agent mechanism in dynamic alignment of enterprise. Secondly, prompt the cooperation mechanism and evaluation methods in dynamic alignment among enterprises based on multi phase negotiation policy model of MAS. Detailed discussion is made in the process of negotiation and choice policy among the coordinator, which is based on the negotiation policy of learning agent, and the members of alignment. Particularly, the process of negotiation among the members of alignment or potential enterprise in alignment is presented based on the multilateral negotiation policy of agent. The result of policy model is that it is easy to create the most reasonable alignment structure, which can guarantee the whole benefit reach to maximum and the member of alignment is the satisfactory earning.
