Abstract
Fault tolerant control (FTC) design of symmetrically interconnected systems with actuator faults is discussed. An observer is used for fault detection and identification (FDI), and the effectiveness factors are determined on-line. In terms of the results obtained from the FDI, a state feedback based reconfigurable decentralized control scheme is presented. Finally, the efficiency of the provided design is verified through a simulation example.
