Research on enterprise habitual domains evolving theory and its application

For the sake of making the enterprise habitual theory play an important role in practice, it is not enough to research this theory only to the extent of the concept. The law of evolution of this theory should be found out and deeply studied. The hierarchy of enterprise habitual system has been analyzed to prove its self-organization. Based on the synergetics theory, the simplified model of enterprise organization habitual domains (EOHD) has been established in an ideal condition to discuss the solution of its stationary state and then the time-delay characteristics of EOHD evolution have been gained. The results of research have also been used to analyze the enterprise merge & acquisition (M&A) problem.
