Abstract :
The analysis and synthesis problem of α-robust H state observer for a class of linear uncertain time-delay systems is considered. A sufficient condition for α-stability and H performance of the systems is derived based on which the observer is constructed by linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) approach. Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the superiority of the presented method.
