Abstract :
We consider the partial-state-feedback problem, which belongs to a class of static output feedback problem. A fuzzy controller using only partial state information which can guarantee closed-loop stability is proposed. The control problem is reduced to a feasibility problem of bilinear matrix inequalities (BMIs), which can be solved efficiently using homotopy method. A practical example is given to illustrate its usefulness.
