Abstract :
The work considers technical decisions and characteristics used in Ethernet signal transmitting devices on the radiochannel in the 2400-2485 MHz frequency range and in the recently chosen ranges of 5150-5350 MHz and 5725-5825 MHz. The appearance of these additional ranges for radio Ethernet signal transmission makes easier the situation on the service market because of the possibility to select signals with the help of a narrower transmitting and receiving antenna directivity pattern. Using transmitters and transmitting converters in IBSS, BSS and ESS nets allows points to be connected at distances of 20 km and more.
