Abstract
Declarations accentuate the significance of mutual European exchange in order to ensure the quality of education. The guarantee of such co-operation is the so-called accreditation carried out by national quality agencies. The Lisbon Convention is an official structure for acknowledging professional qualifications issued by institutions of the tertiary level belonging to national educational systems.
