  • Abstract
    The basic characteristics of transmitting and receiving optical modules based on edge-emitting light-emitting diode (LED) with angled active region are considered. These modules are intended for transfer of the digital information to TTL levels in a range of working temperatures from minus 40°C up to +55°C.
