Abstract :
The formation of a library of active and passive components of MMICs fabricated by "Istok" is described. The library is created for Istok\´s proprietary MMIC CAD software "FAGOT-M". To create the library, we chose CAD Microwave Office due to its availability and friendly user interface. Microwave Office allows the creation of user libraries in XML technology. It enables an electrical model (defined by equivalent circuit or a set of S-parameters) to be connected with each basic component.
