Abstract :
An optimized channel estimation scheme, which could be easily implemented in IC, is proposed in this paper. The elaborate theoretical analysis concerning the principle downlink of WCDMA physical layer is given. Results of computer simulation for frequency-selective fading channel have shown that using our optimized channel estimation scheme, at least 2 dB improvement can be achieved.
