Abstract :
According to the feasible study framework of SAIC (single antenna interference cancellation) in GSM defined by 3GPP, the evaluation of SAIC has been conducted in system level and link level. In system level, the GSM-AMR system is simulated, and JMLSE algorithm is adopted in link level. In link level, the gain of 1.8 dB is obtained. In system level, the voice capacity gain of 68% is obtained. And it is found that the gain could be obtained with the same complexity as the conventional MLSE algorithm.
