Abstract :
This paper presents the Decision-Making System for Vessel Traffic Service (VTS). Its aim is to increase the safety and efficiency of the traffc and the effectiveness of VTS while planning and control based on radar and navigation information. The system has been developed at the National Aviation University (Kyiv, Ukraine).
