Abstract
The supply chain management leads to two points of view depending on industrial requirements: the internal and the global supply chain. The problem tackled in this communication is the analysis of an internal supply chain in order to diagnose its functioning. We present a process oriented methodology to analyze and diagnose a supply chain. It is composed of two main stages: business process modeling, which consists in a multi level description of the existing processes, the diagnosis, which from the business process analysis aims at identifying the supply chain malfunction. Its implementation to an industrial case allowed us to identify the advantages and limits.
