Abstract :
A modified EVA (B. Jelonnek et al., Sig. Proc., vol.61, p.237-264, 1997) blind equalization algorithm is presented in this paper. This algorithm solves the phase rotation problem which is the main defect of the EVA and improves the convergence rate and anti-noise capability without increasing the computation complexity. Simulation results indicate the desirable properties of the new algorithm by comparing the performance of the new algorithm and EVA.
