  • Abstract
    An attempt to get more dense monitoring for hypoxia in Tokyo Bay, Japan is demonstrated. Sensitivity study shows an importance of accurate climatic data for the assimilation. A week or two weeks apart monitoring data is interpolated by assimilation of a simplified physical-bio-chemical model called MEL1D-MB. It supports feasibility of such collaborative bay watch program.
