Abstract :
This paper presents an overview of the implementation and current application of the Peninsula Technikon´s first cluster-based supercomputer. The cluster consists of 18 off-the-shelf, diskless PC´s and 1 controller/master high-end PC. The approach taken for implementing this budget supercomputer is discussed
