Abstract
In order to meet the power industry recombination and power market competition, the concept and technology of community intelligence (CI) is applied to engineering management, and a new engineering management system of Three Gorges Project (TGP) based on CI is proposed. The basic structure and characteristics of CI-agent are presented, and the functions and operational mechanism of the entire member CI-MAS of this system are determined according to the requests of community intelligence based engineering system (CIBEMS). And the architecture of CIBEMS is described in details. In additional, how to construct CIBEMS of TGP is discussed.
