Based on partial distribution [Feng Dai, 2001], this paper discusses DDS´ market value and actual effects in operating an enterprise. This paper gives the models and methods of evaluating the market value and market risk of DDS in the average and optimal ways, and the evaluating models and methods of DDS causing the production value increment in enterprise management. Finally, by the examples, this paper analyzes the values and characteristics of DDS according to the investment in fixed quantity or in proportion of enterprise production scale.
