  • Abstract
This work proposes an incorporated framework for object oriented incremental prototyping (OOIP) by integrating personal construct psychology, customer FAQ, CRC (Class, Responsibilities, Collaborators) card and V-Testing methods. It facilitates the smooth transfer from function-oriented software design and development to object-oriented software development and code reuse in real industry practice, especially for SME (Small and Medium Enterprises). It promotes alignment among entry-level, high-level software engineers and the project managers by adopting pedagogic development environment so that projects no longer operate in isolation. It ensures that customer requirements are feedback throughout the whole SDLC that bridges the gap among customer´s requirements, manager´s strategic goals and final software products. A real case study has been conducted in industry which shows that the presented methods are not only promising but also practical.
