Abstract :
This paper deals with a sixteen element DBF transmitter module which is designed to build up a complete transmit antenna array for broadband mobile satellite communications at 30 GHz The focus of this paper is on the architecture, design, and test of a single module including antenna, antenna feed, RF and IF electronics and signal routing circuitry.
