Abstract :
In this paper, higher order impedance boundary condition (HOIBC) is employed in the classical analytic solutions. The solutions obtained are compared with ones from the direct boundary condition matching (DBCM) method. The comparisons may be taken as the evaluation of the accuracy of HOIBC. Examples of coated perfect conducting sphere and infinite circular cylinder are given to show the evaluation.
