  • Abstract
A fiber-optic piezoelectric modulator (PZM) is a promising tool for high-speed image data acquisition of OCT. We demonstrate here the high-speed OCT utilizing push-pull operation of PZMs which can provide up to 2000 scan/sec with a scan depth of 2.5 mm. The axial resolution is 17 μm for the 1.3-μm wavelength. A motion-artifact-free in-vivo OCT of human finger tip is presented.
