Abstract :
A CMOS fully integrated low noise amplifier (LNA) with tunable image filtering for RF applications is presented using tsmc 0.35mum CMOS process. The LNA is designed to operate at 2.4GHz with intermediate frequency (IF) of 300MHz. The image filtering circuit can reject the unwanted image signals without achieving high Q value of an active inductor. With 2V supply voltage, the circuit exhibits gain of 17.7dB, S11 of -22.2dB, noise figure of 4.7dB and power dissipation of 22.35mW. The tuning rang of the image frequency is from 2.9 GHz to 3.1 GHz with image-rejection of 78.6dB
