Abstract :
In order to restore lost image regions, such as scratches or telops, we present a restoration method for lost images based on a hyper curved plane expressed by a polynomial and a constraint hyper plane. This is done in order to restore lost image regions precisely in terms of reproduction of texture pattern and continuity of intensity between lost image regions and their neighboring regions.
