Abstract :
The living creatures from a bacteria to human have a great ability to communicate with one another even about a very complex subject. It might be a verbal communication, might be a gesture, or a direct communication by using five senses or by using a simple stimulation of light and so forth. They look like a complex behaviour but we know that they are brought about by a neuron activity of a brain or a brain like function and that a neuron activity itself is not so complex individually, rather simple as known of transformation of an electrical potential difference. On this paper, here focuses on making those general mechanisms clear as of a basic and primitive function and trying to find the key element of those. So in this paper, the following things will be discussed: 1. What is the basic mechanism of human´s and the living creatures´ brains or a brain like function in a sense of a general processing method on a stimulation from the outside world 2. Study the basic and primitive level of mechanism of brain function and generalize it for making a basic brain functional model by using a neural network 3. Give a simple example by using a model that is studied in this paper.
