Abstract :
An active phased array antenna using the injection locked oscillator is demonstrated in this paper. Each element antennas of the phased array consist from the oscillator, the buffer amplifier and the patch radiator. In order to slant the main beam direction without the phase-shifters, microwave signal generated from each element is phase controlled by the injection locking to the reference signal. Reference signal is provided from the synthesizer throughout the in-phase power divider.
