Front and Back Covers: Graphic art sources that were interpreted for the front and back covers of this issue were made available and provided by the IEEE Standards Association. These covers depict the international importance of IEEE´s standards as well as the unique development process that is very inclusive of all of the Standards Association´s corporate and individual members.
