Abstract :
A novel SAW ladder filter is presented which utilizes a high-frequency shunt resonator to achieve improved attenuation within a relatively wide band of frequencies above the passband. Conventional impedance element resonators provide electrical matching within the passband between the high-frequency shunt element and the input and output ports.
