Abstract :
An imaging system using coded transmission with Walsh functions has been developed by the authors for high-frame-rate 3D observation. This system enables us to observe a sequence of 3D images of moving objects for each transmission. However, the speed of computation is one of the most important issues in practical applications. In this paper, we describe two algorithms of 3D beam forming for a high-frame-rate synthetic aperture imaging system using transmitting pulses coded with Walsh functions.
