  • Abstract
    The full wave analysis by Extended Spectral Domain Approach is successfully applied to solve the cylindrical coplanar waveguide problem. The analysis incorporates the effects of the edge singularities properly and can afford the eficient and accurate calculation method for the frequency-dependent characteristics of cylindrical coplanar waveguides with zero and finite metallization thickness. And the results by this method have revealed the metallization thickness effect of cylindrical coplanar waveguide for the Wst time.
