Abstract
The solution of inverse scattering problem (ISP) for oblique incidence of electromagnetic plane wave on multilayered (ML) structure is presented in the paper. The investigation covers a case, where angular dependence of reflection coefficient is used as initial data. Solution of this problem involves reducing the field equations to Schrodinger´s one, applying an inverse scattering approach for accurate permittivity profile determination and approximation of this profile to the multilayered one.
