Abstract :
We demonstrate novel schemes for the generation of THz radiation with two-color lasers. The first CW THz imaging system based on a two-color laser is discussed. Moreover, the first experimental results for the emission of THz radiation directly out of the laser diode without use of external photomixers is presented.
