Abstract :
Preliminary results of estimation and experimental modeling of separate of an absolute measuring instrument based on composite high-Tc superconducting (HTS) bolometer with electrical-substitution for soft X-ray synchrotron radiation (SR) in the range of 100-2500 eV are reported. For the estimation influence of absorbed-radiation on the temperature distribution on bolometer elements has been developed. The calculated percentage of losses of radiant energy depend on the energy of photons. Calculation and experimental modeling of the operation of HTS bolometer as a test sample with electronic negative electrothermal feedback was carried out to estimate the possibility of the decrease of time constant. The results of noise research of YBaCuO films on various substrates are reported. The estimations showed the possibility to design a standard detector with operating temperature near 80 K for measurements of X-ray power near 1 μW with an accuracy of <1%.
