  • Abstract
    An efficient set of closed-form multilayered media Green´s functions with general electric and magnetic sources is presented. The spatial-domain Green´s functions are obtained by the discrete complex-image method, which obviates the time-consuming numerical evaluation of the Sommerfeld integral. Besides, we present a generalized Sommerfeld identity by which the higher order Sommerfeld integrals can be used in closed form. Numerical results by the Green´s function are presented to show the efficiency and accuracy of this method.
