Abstract :
This paper describes the development and implementation of a 5.25 GHz radio transceiver for a MIMO testbed. The transceiver is built with off the shelf components on several printed circuit boards. A modular concept enables expansion of the system from a simple 1×1 SISO to a complex 8×8 MIMO setup. Calibration curves and MIMO wireless measurements of the fully functional testbed are presented.
