Abstract :
A quality monitoring behind occurrence of hot electrons in metal are offered at course of chemical response to its. surfaces. The phenomenon hemoemission electrons from metal in the semiconductor is revealed. The effect of transformation of the energy oozed on a surface of the metal catalytic agent during heterogeneous response, in energy of an electric current is found out. The effect of magnification in 10/sup 3/ - 10/sup 5/ times Of a tunnel current of electrons from a surface of solid bodies is found out at course of heterogeneous chemical response. The method of studying of a Structure of the Surfice catalytic centers with spatial resolution up to 10/sup 9/ m is offered
