Abstract
The results of experimental investigation into dynamics of the light-induced absorption in Bi/sub 12/TiO/sub 20/: Ca and Bi/sub 12/TiO/sub 20/: Ca, Ga crystals are presented. We used the narrow-band incoherent radiation of the semiconductor light-emitting diodes with the wavelengths /spl lambda/ 660, 570 and 525 nm for the illumination of the crystals.
