  • Abstract
    The description and substantiation of a universal principle of a measurement of significance of an informative parameter of a signal from object of observation is presented. The object is considered as a part of a multiply connected large and complicated system. At the system there is an observer ensuring evaluation of the informative parameter of the object based on higher derivatives of the parameter variation.
