Abstract
The characteristics of the dynamic systems exerted by discontinuous piecewise constant voltage loading are investigated. Compared to the systems under continuous voltage exertions, diverse behaviours of the systems with discontinuous exertions are found. Responses of the systems to various piecewise constant exertions under different initial conditions are analyzed theoretically and numerically. Conditions of oscillation and stability are also presented for such piecewise systems.
