Abstract :
This paper presents a sufficient condition for the static output feedback stabilization of linear discrete-time systems. This condition is expressed as a linear matrix inequality (LMI) feasibility problem and hence, easily tractable numerically. The applicability of the proposed approach is demonstrated through numerical examples and the approach is compared to some methods.
