Abstract :
Emphasized images are used very useful at contour extraction and image recognition. Emphasized image is not only good looking image but clear and sharp image. It have different image recognition rate by how much represent original information in row quality source image. Existing algorithms that get emphasized image does not get clear picture in various kind of images, or have slow process time being proportional size of image or accumulation rate of histogram. This paper describes a new algorithm for improvement image. The method is based on histogram equalization, and change pixels by dual tracking according to concentration degree of pixel value in histogram distribution chart, when did via process time by histogram smoothing that is existent method, can extract image improving within process time of 10% in proposed method about experimenting image, and suggests algorithm that can display performance more than maximum 300 times in case of image that histogram is converged in specification pixel partially.
