Abstract :
In this paper, simulation results are presented to demonstrate the effects on the performance of a TCP connection over a UMTS dedicated channel (DCH) when the available downlink (DL) bandwidth of the DCH is modified by UMTS terrestrial radio access network (UTRAN) radio resource management (RRM) algorithms.
