Abstract :
For any electrical power distribution system a method of testing the design before implementing the hardware must be developed. An integrated Power and Attitude Control System (IPACS) experiment is under development and will be conducted on the Agile Multi-Purpose Satellite Simulator (AMPSS) at the Air force Research Laboratory (AFRL). An Electrical Power Distribution Syslcin (EPDS) is also under dcvctopmcnt to support the IPACS experiment. A sinidation is being used for developing the mode logic; understanding the system´s power flow characteristics, and understanding the interaction between the flywheels and the EPDS.
