Abstract :
An evaluation method and determining of the best working group with using GA will be presented in this paper. The experts who are IT Tele working volunteers are placed in the initial population after testing in one or more different skills. Then the chromosomes with skills number will be appeared. Every gene determines one ID number. If the initial population is determined, the GA process and the defined fitness function of the best working group for IT projects in order to Tele working projects implementation will be determined.
