Abstract :
This paper provides case studies of Japanese manufacturing companies, which performed their steady growths in the last decade of twenty century against country bad economy. These challenges are based on regional-based human network communication. These cases represent examples of enterprise integration by utilizing the advantages of local industrial areas.
